In Islam, it is expected that people will sin - it's inevitable, it's part of our design, it's a natural consequence of free will. God is merciful, so if He chooses he may pardon the sin completely. However this is not always easy for people to deal with.
So, how is it as Muslims that we deal with our Guilt and how do we overcome its overwhelming effects?
